 The 6th Brunswick Euro Challenge was the fourth stop on the 2009 European Bowling Tour and one of the Tour's "majors". The BEC 2009 offered total prize fund of 90,000 Euro. 314 players from 28 countries battled it out for the 16.000 Euro top prize. In the opening match of the four-player stepladder final, Two Danish national team members, No 4 seed Mai Ginge Jensen and reigning EBT Masters champion Kamilla Kjeldsen, seeded third, squared off.
