It was a perfect season ending for Flack, (pictured left) who won the 17th and last EBT stop, the 8th Qatar International Open, and the highest top prize of 30.000 Euro or approx. U.S. $40,000. The reigning European Masters champion finished the season with 734 ranking point total. Palermaa cashed ranking points in all but one tournament, the 6th Columbia 300 Vienna Open, as he bowled in the Weber Cup, which clashed with the Vienna Open. Palermaa finished the season with two wins (Aalborg and Lahti) and 689 ranking point total.
Two-time World Youth Championships gold medalist Dominic Barrett (left) finished in second place with 644 points after leading the men's ranking in Qatar. Tore Torgersen, Norway, slipped to third at 623.
