2006CACSGMensTrios.jpg (l-r) Luis Rodriguez, Frankie Colón and Gabriel Sánchez of Puerto Rico averaged 211,67 for six games en route to cruise to victory in the Men's Trios event at 20th Central American and Caribbean Sports Games in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Frankie Colon, who won his second gold medal after the Doubles event (with Bruno Diaz), led the way with 1289, while Sanchez had 1274 and Rodriguez added 1247 for 3810 pinfall total.

Mexican's Benjamin Corona, Ernesto Franco and Marcos Baeza won the silver medal by the closest possible margin. The trio finished with a 573-game en route a 3650 pinfall total.

Jaime Monroy, Manuel Otalora and David Romero from the host country of Colombia shot 639 in their final game but fell one pin short to finish third with 3649.
