Nepomuceno, a six-time world champion from the Philippines, has worked with the United States Bowling Congress Coaching program over the past three years to certify more than 300 coaches around the world. As part of his continuing education, he paid a visit to the new facilities in Arlington, Texas.
Under a clear blue sky and in front of an overflow audience, the International Bowling Campus officially became a reality Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, in Arlington, Texas. Grand Opening attendees listened to speakers from national and local elected officials to members of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau to national bowling leaders. They also watched a special time capsule be buried, took part in two ribbon cuttings and a ceremonial first ball roll.

At 2:30 pm on January 25, the campus will open its doors with a historic ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by a star-studded gathering of national and local celebrities.

SparePartz, a 900-square-foot retail outlet, will be located adjacent to the IBM/HF on the first floor of the building at 621 Six Flags Drive. Construction is moving at a feverish pace to have the shop open in advance of the Jan. 25 grand opening of the Campus.
